Your Tasks

- Develop and review comprehensive training documentation for military pilot programs
- Liaise with the Engineering and Technical Publications Departments to verify the content of the training
documentation
- Liaise with external suppliers for the production of the documentation
- Help to improve processes and standards, and contribute to the development of the team and its working practices

With this you convince us

- Engineering Degree or equivalent with a strong technical aviation background, preferably extensive military aviation
experience
- Instructor pilot background or experience as a technical author is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, or similar software is advantageous
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with knowledge of German being advantageous
- Prepared to work autonomously or as part of an international team and to travel occasionally
- Excellent communication skills and good business etiquette within an international work environment
