We are looking for a new team member in the role as
Junior Process Engineer (m/f/d)- 100%
Location : Grenchen (SO), Switzerland
Type of Contract : permanent employment
Startdate: in alignment with the candidate’s availabilities
Shift:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead investigations of non-conformances (NCs), performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and
preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for NCs, validations, and process improvements in line with regulatory
and company requirements.
- Plan, execute, and document process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing
processes.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience : Proven background in manufacturing engineering, process validation, or quality engineering. Experience
in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace) is a plus.
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of validation requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ), NC/CAPA processes, and regulatory standards
(ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMP).
- Skills : Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities.
- Languages : Professional proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
