Manager Events and Livestreams
Schaan, Liechtenstein
Job reference: WD-0037388 What's the role? Are you an experienced, creative and customer-focused event professional
for physical and digital events ready to make a real impact?
We are looking for someone like you to join our Events & Guest Relations team at our Corporate Headquarters in Schaan!
You bring strong organizational skills, a hands-on mindset and the drive to turn ideas into unforgettable experiences.
Whether you’re planning behind the scenes, implementing a live stream or executing an unforgettable event experience
for employees, customers, students and partners — you’re right where the action is.
This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Who is Hilti? At Hilti, we are a passionate global team
committed to making construction better. As a trusted partner in productivity, safety, and sustainability, we provide
innovative solutions that shape the buildings, roads, and infrastructure essential to daily life. At Hilti, careers are
made real by empowering you to explore the possibilities, maximize your potential, own your development, and create
meaningful impact every day. What does the role involve? As Manager Events & Livestreams you conceptualize, plan and
implement internal and external events for different international target groups, as well as livestreams from our
inhouse studio. Most of the physical events will take place at our Corporate Headquarters in Schaan. Your
responsibilities will cover every step of the event process: from initial concept development and stakeholder
alignment, to budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and smooth on-site execution and follow-up activities. This
may also include setting up event and registration websites using Cvent.
Your role will also include the execution of live-streaming without any external partners, which means you have proven
experience with video and audio technology and you are enthusiastic for producing livestreams by yourself. This also
includes guiding presenters and hosts to effectively deliver their message.
You are process driven, structured, detail-oriented and customer-focused. You are used to handle multiple projects and
have demonstrated this throughout your career.
In addition to your professional skills, you are a flexible team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, being an active
listener and a sparring partner for others, willing to support colleagues. You bring a positive can-do attitude with a
willingness to go the extra mile to foster collaboration and team success. We are a German speaking team of 14 people,
united by a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team spirit. Whether you ask participants at our events, internal
stakeholders, or our own team members, fun and professionalism are what define us. What do we offer? We really value
our people, and we've worked hard to develop a reward package that reflects this, creating your future to be just how
you would want it. Some of our benefits include:
• Connection with a diverse community of over 2,100 colleagues from 70 nationalities in a region where Liechtenstein,
Austria, and Switzerland intersect.
• Employee groups actively supporting causes like female empowerment and the LGBTQIA+ community.
• Leisure activities like mountain biking and tennis.
• Opportunities for community engagement both locally and internationally.
• Shared e-bikes, an on-site gym, dining options, learning opportunities, financial guidance, free parking, fuel
discounts, workation, sabbatical, meditation/ relaxation rooms, Hilti tool rental service, massage possibilities, and
relocation support. Why should you apply? We know you have plenty of choices when it comes to your career. What makes
Hilti stand out is our people. We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive, caring and high-performing culture that
embraces diversity in all its forms.
