Your responsibility
- Develop operations control standards, define meaningful KPI, and monitor results.
- Assess machinery capacities and develop overall capacity planning.
- Coordinate operations reporting & review processes.
- Support, lead, and coordinate operational projects.
- Develop reliable investment business cases and support budget planning.
- Support and improve financial controlling on project and cost center spending.
Your profile
- Education: Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with work experience in a relevant field of study e.g. industrial
engineering, manufacturing engineering, or semiconductor engineering.
- Advanced analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex data from diverse sources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to understand business needs while efficiently communicating with
technical experts.
- Ability to create condensed and meaningful reports, and skills to describe results and recommendations to company
decision-makers using clear, efficient language and KPI.
- You like planning and problem solving to create viable solutions for a wide variety of challenges from production
control, efficiency, and improvement to waste reduction.
- Your advanced leadership skills help you to drive change management and to develop good relationships with coworkers.
- Strong in continuous improvement (Digitalization, Lean, 6Sigma, Industry 4.0).
- Language skills: German and English fluent written and verbal.
- Beneficial experience/skills:
- Semiconductor manufacturing.
- Cleanroom and industrial infrastructure.
- Project management experience.
- Data analytics and manufacturing planning.
- MES or operational control systems.
- Power BI and data visualization.
- Understanding for accounting and budgeting
