Key Responsibilities:
Support P2P – Account payables CAS (mainly for the Swiss companies):
- Processing incoming post, scanning invoices into the invoice portal
- Processing of several mailboxes
- Processing of dunning letters, review and specify payment instructions
- Processing of Validation Client
- Support in the invoice portal, such as posting of invoices
Administrative tasks:
- Archiving management of bank statements, vendor invoices, etc.
- Reconciliation of tax reports
- Support with projects as required
Your Profile:
- Ongoing school or university studies, if possible, already in the fields of Business Administration, Finance,
Controlling, or a related field
- Ability to work with numbers, structured working method and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in German; English and additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and collaborate across departments
