Description
Are you passionate about ensuring digital products meet ever-evolving regulatory standards? Join our Process, Quality,
and Compliance Team within the Group Division Innovation and take a leading role in shaping compliance across Belimo’s
cutting-edge HVAC solutions. In this key position, you'll ensure that our digital innovations are aligned with global
regulations, while also helping to strengthen our cybersecurity practices and product resilience.
What You'll Do
- Monitor digital laws and regulations to identify relevant standards and define actionable compliance requirements,
providing guidance, and ensuring their timely implementation throughout the product life cycle.
- Engage with external digital law experts and integrate their knowledge to reinforce our compliance strategies.
- Lead efforts to prepare the Group Division Innovation for upcoming regulatory changes and legislation.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies related to Secure Software Development Lifecycle,
Security-by-Design, Threat Modeling, and Vulnerability Management.
- Represent the Group Division Innovation in Belimo's Information Coordination Expert Group and collaborate with the
Information Security Officer (ISO) and the Information Security Expert in Production to enhance Belimo's data and
cybersecurity in both the industrial and IoT environments.
- Support Product Management in addressing market and customer inquiries related to digital compliance.
- Assist Procurement in evaluating and ensuring suppliers' compliance with digital and cybersecurity standards.
Who You Are
- You hold a higher education degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Law, along with several years of experience
in product compliance, ideally with a focus on cybersecurity and risk management.
- You are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and excel at coordinating across diverse teams with a hands-on mindset.
- You bring hands-on experience implementing information security concepts based on international standards/best
practices, ideally in a global industrial environment.
- You are an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Ideally you are well-versed in emerging regulations such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), EU Data Act, and the
Product Liability Directive (EU 2024/2853) as well as in Threat Modeling & Vulnerability Management.
