The role
As part of a team, you will design & implement versatile customer projects in the web and enterprise environment that
are tailored to customer needs using modern, agile project methods.
How you'll make impact
- You are responsible for the development of complex IT architectures of innovative software solutions and for the
technological consulting of our customers.
- You take over the technical management of teams from kick-off to rollout and are in close contact with the project
management.
- Through your leadership skills you win over, inspire and mobilize your project team and the customers for ideas.
- By coaching your team members in architecture topics and in the application of agile principles, you make a decisive
contribution to the success of various projects.
- With your skills and experience, you will further develop the Zühlke network of experts and collaborate on
initiatives for the continuous improvement of software development in the area of front-end technologies.
What’s important to us
- After your technical degree (FH, Uni, ETH or comparable), ideally in computer science, you have already worked for
several years as a software developer and/or architect.
- You have solid experience in JavaScript and TypeScript, ideally also in enterprise environments, and are well-versed
in current technologies for developing modern web applications. You can design and implement appropriate architectures
both indepedently and in a team setting.
- Your focus is on the holistic development of complex web application architectures. Strong Angular expertise is
essential for this role. Experience with other frontend framework such as React or Vue.js is a plus but not required.
On the backend, you ideally work with Java, Node.js or .NET.
- You bring experience in developing highly available, flexible, scalable, as well as secure solutions for various
environments, including cloud. Topics like Infrastructure as Code drive you as well as automation through pipelines
with Qualitygates.
- You have exceptional communication skills, a high driving force as well as a positive mindset.
- You are an excellent communicator, team player and problem solver and are fluent in German and English (at least C1
level).
- You are willing to schedule on-site days at the client’s location as needed to ensure project success and enhance
collaboration and efficiency within the team.
