Your tasks:
- Lead and develop the global Operations Controlling function with five direct reports and 25 global finance teams
part of Global Operations
- Develop and enhance financial and operational performance management systems
- Oversee monthly and annual closings in Operations, with focus on operational profitability and net working capital
management
- Manage the annual budget and Capex planning processes for Operations
- Provide financial steering for strategic projects, M&A due diligences, and ad-hoc analyses
- Support the definition and execution of the global Operations Strategy (e.g. footprint, acquisition integrations,
operational excellence, digitalization, continuous improvement)
- Drive process harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in controlling in a globally manufacturing company with multiple production sites (required)
- Proven experience leading global teams or projects
- Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, and/or Operational Excellence
- Solid skills in MS Office and SAP
- Strong change-management and organizational development capabilities
- Analytical, quick-minded, and reliable with an operations-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
