Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Man
Global FP&A Income Statement Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and business-oriented finance leader to serve as the Global FP&A Income Statement Lead
for the Electrification Business Area. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our
global income statement reporting, delivering clear analysis of results, and communicating performance insights to
senior leadership through compelling storytelling. The individual will play a critical role in helping to define and
drive topline growth and profitability expansion initiatives across our global business. The role will also partner
closely with operations, procurement, and pricing teams to provide actionable insights into inflationary trends
(commodities, tariffs, and salaries), help drive OPEX and cost productivity programs, and ensure our pricing strategy
is aligned and optimized to market conditions. In addition, the role will lead continuous improvements within the FP&A
function with a focus on reporting reliability, forecasting accuracy, and process automation. This highly visible role
requires strong financial acumen, the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, and the capacity to operate
effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
The work model for the role is: onsite
Global role, preferred locations Zurich or Krakow
You will be mainly accountable for:

Own and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of global income statement reporting.

Lead analysis of financial results and translate performance into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

Communicate results and trends through compelling financial storytelling that links performance to strategic
priorities.

Help define and drive topline growth and profitability initiatives across orders, revenues, backlog, pricing, and
margin expansion.

Partner with operations and procurement to track and analyze inflation (commodities, tariffs, salary) and provide
actionable recommendations.

Support OPEX and cost savings/productivity initiatives by delivering transparent reporting and targeted analytics.
-
Coordinate with the pricing team to ensure pricing strategy is aligned with market and inflation trends, driving
profitability.

Lead continuous improvements in FP&A reporting, forecasting, and automation to improve reliability, efficiency, and
insight generation.

Act as a key partner to senior finance and business leaders, influencing decision-making and resource allocation.

Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications for the role

Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or income statement analytics, ideally in a global
or matrixed organization.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop younger talents

Proven track record in income statement forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other financial planning tools; experience with AI-enabled analytics is a
strong plus.

Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, strategic insights.

Demonstrated experience in process improvement, automation, and digital transformation within finance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
