The role

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Transformation Consultant to boost our Cloud business in banking and financial
services sector in Switzerland.

How you’ll make an impact


Client projects (60%)

-

Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for C-level or senior executives, leveraging an extensive industry
network in financial services and proven track record in large-scale Cloud transformations.

Consult clients on the strategic business aspects of successful Cloud transformations (strategy, roadmap, business
case, organization, governance, processes, education, etc.)

-

Support the delivery of projects within interdisciplinary teams of business, IT and Cloud professionals – both on
consulting and delivery-oriented projects. You build the bridge between business decision makers and engineering teams.

Drive strategic Cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision and strategic
priorities. Build partnerships that result in repeated business or expanded client portfolios.


Pre-sales & Sales (40%)

-

Lead the creation of innovative Zühlke Cloud service offerings and strategically enhance existing ones by leveraging
insights from C-level engagements and market dynamics. Partner with senior leadership
to shape and implement Market Unit and Account strategies.

Help prepare and carry out pre-sales meetings with C-Level prospects to identify and qualify needs and opportunities
for collaboration. Lead the design of proposals for projects covering both consulting and development of tailored Cloud
solutions.

Proactively represent Zühlke at the decision-making table and shaping critical business transformations alongside
client executives. Act as an ambassador and thought leader for our discipline, by attending
events and networking opportunities, and by proactively leveraging your personal network.

What’s important to us

University degree from a leading institution in management, business, leadership or STEM

-

Several years consulting and Cloud-related work experience: Expertise in cloud strategy, roadmap,
business case, organisation and governance with a deep understanding of how to effectively structure and oversee cloud
initiatives.

Experience of the specifics of the financial industry impacting such organisations’ cloud strategies:
regulatory compliance, highly confidential client data, business-critical processes and systems.

Strong consulting foundations: effective communication, project management, running workshops, selling consulting
work, pragmatism, output-focused work, etc.

-

Proven ability to cultivate C-level relationships at clients, influence executive decision-making, and drive
cross-functional collaboration.

-

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Cloud transformational programs with measurable impact on client
organizational performance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
