Your role
In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across
different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture
definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also
deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities
related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and

Required
• Break down the problem into segments and evaluate the available options for solving problems
• Builds cause-effect linkages based on synthesized information and arrives at an optimal solution keeping in mind
multiple stakeholders
• Infers patterns and makes generalizations; Builds and tests hypothesis to solve long-term problems in concurrence
with multiple stakeholders
• Seeks to understand customer needs, builds credibility by providing relevant inputs, integrates client feedback and
delivers as per commitments
• Anticipates customer needs, Analyzes and constantly improves systems, processes and services, resolves tough issues
and builds confidence to be treated as an advisor
• Can prioritize individual tasks based on project criticalities, proactively plans based on critical inputs from
historical data, analyses work output and plans for contingencies
• Identifies key execution drivers & constraints, prioritizes activities accordingly; Integrates planning efforts
across multiple areas/projects/ processes and develops backup plans proactively for identified potential risks
• Proficient in English language, structures thoughts clearly, listens attentively, questions to gain clarity and
confidently shares viewpoints
• Highlights key ideas, articulates own point of view logically; Assesses target audience needs and communicates
appropriately
• Builds context, uses anecdotes/powerful data, highlights the key takeaways and uses logic/data to handle any
disagreements
• Uses advanced KM, problem / release management methods to detect and fix problems & plan releases & knows portfolio
analysis tools
• Basic analysis, solution evaluation methods & process mapping tools to identify problems and map processes in simple
client scenarios
• In-Depth analysis, solution evaluation methods & process mapping tools to identify problems and their impact on
client business
• Advanced analysis, solution evaluation & process mapping tools to check impact of problems & identify tools to track
process measurements
Expertise :
• Experience in L2 Application Support role preferably from Finance or Banking Industry
• Technically proficient in Unix/Linux, Oracle PLSQL, Shell Scripting, Autosys, Batch Monitoring, Automation Tools
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Certification preferred)
• Experience in Incident management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management
• Perform the full spectrum of Production Support responsibilities, based on the ITIL Framework
• Should have very strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Must Have:
• Unix, Oracle, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, ITIL
Preferred
Good to Have: To adapt the working environment and increase efficiency using the tools for automations / improvements:
• SRE – Site Reliability Engineer
• Splunk, AppDynamics
• Azure Cloud, DevOps, Agile
• Technologies: Java, Informatica etc.
