culture. As Talent Manager , you will play a key role in shaping and driving global Talent Management at Belimo. The
role combines conceptual work — designing and improving frameworks and processes — with practical implementation and
close collaboration across regions. As part of the global Talent & Culture team, you will collaborate closely with the
Head of Talent & Culture and colleagues across the team.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve global Talent Management processes, including Performance Management,
Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Career Management.
- Drive the integration of Career Management into Belimo’s Career Growth Model, ensuring clear and transparent career
paths for employees worldwide, and closely link it with Talent Reviews and Succession Planning to strengthen
development, engagement, retention, and succession pipelines.
- Strengthen Belimo’s succession pipeline by embedding succession planning into leadership and people processes,
ensuring long-term organizational stability and growth.
- Create frameworks, tools and guidelines for Talent Management topics such as Talent Review, Succession Planning and
the Career Framework.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and partner with HR Business Partners worldwide to ensure alignment with the
overall Talent & Culture strategy, and to drive the successful rollout and continuous improvement of all processes.
- Define and monitor key Talent Management KPIs (e.g., process adoption, talent pipeline health, succession coverage,
internal mobility), translate data into actionable insights, and recommend targeted improvements.
Who You Are
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; a business qualification with
advanced HR training is also welcome.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Development, or related areas, ideally in an international or
matrix environment.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Talent Modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development) is a strong
advantage.
- Solid understanding of career frameworks and career management concepts, ideally linked to job architectures.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate HR processes with measurable KPIs.
- Strong project management skills with a structured and reliable approach.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for people, culture, and development.
- Excellent English skills; very good German strongly preferred to connect effectively across our organization.
