consolidated with the global demand from more than 120 Market Organizations, this role triggers an interesting
challenge for the entire Hilti end-to-end supply chain. The Supply Planner BU assures the reliable supply of all BU
product groups from Sourcing to Market Organizations worldwide, in line with the strategic planning/ focusing of the BU
and Hilti’s global logistics strategy

impact every day. What does the role involve? In this dynamic and impactful role, you will be responsible for
end-to-end supply planning across the supply chain, including in-house production planning and coordination with
external suppliers. You will contribute to optimizing product cost structures and support the successful introduction
of new products through effective planning and execution.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and tracking the performance of suppliers and production sites, while
driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will work
closely with Hilti Market Organizations, Business Units, Plants, and Suppliers to proactively manage stock shortages,
ensure timely issue resolution, and coordinate logistics to optimize transportation and warehousing costs.
You will take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to your product portfolio, ensuring operational
excellence and identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost improvements. A central focus will be your
contribution to Time to Money (TTM) projects, where you will drive supply chain topics and manage seamless phase-in and
phase-out processes to support the successful launch and discontinuation of products.

• University degree in Supply Chain, technical, or economic field with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical mindset, customer-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
• Skilled in external and internal stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation
• Proficient in Excel (including PowerBI and DAX); SAP/APO required, BW and Blue Yonder (JDA) a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
