Structures Specialist Composite
The Structures Specialist Composite performs component maintenance and composite repair activities (as tests, repairs,
overhauls, and modifications) in accordance with valid work instructions and in compliance with related regulations
considering time, cost, and quality at all times.
Your tasks
- Test, composite repair, modify and overhaul aircraft components in compliance with CMM, work instructions and shop
orders.
- Work to be performed in accordance with valid working instructions and regulations
- Work to be performed in accordance with customer repair orders and in line with defined work scopes
- Consider time, cost and quality at all times
- Ensure high grade of utilization (productivity)
- Ensure strict compliance to standard practices and processes
- Ensure compliance to all safety and quality regulations and rules
- Active participation in continuous improvement activities
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Ensure clean working space considering principles of 5S
Your profile
- Ideally in possession an aircraft composite repair and maintenance qualification or an equivalent technical
apprenticeship in composite material technologies and techniques
- Be able to communicate well in English and have excellent communications and coordination skills
- Autonomous and accurate working abilities
- Open-minded personality
- Basic IT knowledge
- German speaking and writing
- Be able to communicate well in English
- Readiness for two shift works
- Be a good team player
