Position
Your main responsibility is to ensure a professional and reliable outage and inspection site management for our
Service Business based on broad knowledge & passion for our
GT26 gas turbines.
Your tasks
Manage international field teams on power plant outages in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East • Ensuring strict
compliance with Ansaldo Energia's environmental, health and safety policies Ensuring dedicated project control on-site
in terms of quality, time and cost • Representing Ansaldo Energia towards clients, partners, sub-contractors and local
authorities • Organization and implementation of site kick-off meetings, daily coordination and feedback meetings with
all parties involved on-site • Working closely with other Ansaldo Energia departments, local Ansaldo organizations,
field staff, suppliers and subcontractors • Setting tasks and priorities including deadlines for the site team •
Ensuring the provision of local resources and material for planned and unplanned work • Ensuring feedback transfer to
home office
Requirements
Your profile
Minimum three years of experience in managing construction or commissioning sites, preferably of gas turbine
maintenances • Strong leadership qualities with interpersonal skills • Customer orientated with good negotiation and
communication skills • Motivating, reliable & goal-oriented team player with the ability to proactively manage
conflicts • A qualified education and a professional background relevant to heavy rotating machinery business• Being
flexible and able to work under pressure as well as being willing to travel globally 90 % of the time • Good command of
written and spoken English• Deadline-driven working methods, professional planning, negotiation & presentation skills •
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
