How you can make an impact
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive business growth and achieve targets for new signalling
projects and order intake awards.
- Prepare and negotiate offers for new projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
- Conduct in-depth technical and market research to identify opportunities, create strategic plans, and provide
regular reporting on market trends.
- Manage and report on the commercial and technical status of offers, as well as project risks, to ensure transparency
and informed decision-making.
- Monitor upcoming projects through continuous market analysis to anticipate trends and identify competitive
advantages or shifts.
How you will contribute
- Possess an academic degree with a strong technology focus in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Business Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Hold at least 10 years of experience in Railway industry is mandatory.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital technologies & services applicable to signaling offers, and excel in
consultative and value-based selling of products and solutions.
- Display a keen interest in negotiating across different cultures, coupled with outstanding communication and
presentation skills.
- Availability to travel worldwide (30-50%)
- Fluent in English is key, additional languages like German or French are beneficial.
