How you’ll make an impact

Develop relationships with Swiss stakeholders, finance and HR to gather headcount growth projections and prepare
reports to Regional Real Estate Manager Southern Europe ensuring strategy is in sync

Guide all facilities and workplace operations to achieve an exceptional environment which manifests and deepens
company culture in our workplaces

Ensure all contracts and documentation relating to our Real Estate portfolio are compliant and that all obligations
under those agreements are met

Deliver fit-out projects from creation to go live – engaging architects, project managers and contractors including
the development of plans and ensure compliance with corporate workplace standards
Your background
-
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in project management of commercial real estate interior
construction
-
Experience with managing the buildout of several commercial real estate projects
-
Experience with developing and issuing RFP’s, reviewing construction drawings, submittals and negotiating with vendors
-
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
-
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
-
Italian / Spanish would be an advantage
