Lean Coach
The Lean Coach will participate in local Lean improvement events by applying and using Lean@VAT standards,
methodology, and tools. The role involves supporting the local Lean/Six Sigma improvement team to achieve the best
possible results from improvement events. The Lean Coach will also assist in transferring Lean knowledge to dedicated
local employees, ensuring that improvements, events, and programs align with customer requirements and needs.
Additionally, the Lean Coach will support the Lean project manager and Lean/Six Sigma team to maintain and sustain
improvement results and processes.
YOUR CHALLENGES
- Participate in Lean Events and Workshops to ensure customer requirements and quality needs are fulfilled and
maintained.
- Support the execution and maintenance of best-in-class Lean events and workshops.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Lean@VAT program and initiatives.
- Ensure that improvement proposals from employees are well-developed and summarized.
- Maintain alignment with customer requirements and needs throughout all Lean activities.

- Attitude suitable for a change process initiative
- Ability to integrate process and product knowledge into Lean initiatives and workshops
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Successful participation and contribution to Lean events and workshops

- Sustained improvement results and processes
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable education with professional
experience.
