We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our HR department as a HR Generalist with
focus on Payroll controlling and administration, as well as Data analytics and reporting . This hybrid role will
involve overseeing employee data controlling functions and handling payroll as well as data operations to ensure
accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both payroll
controlling and data administration, working closely with HR and Finance teams to support the organization’s overall
data health and employee satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
Payroll Controlling (40%)

Monitor and analyze HR-related financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting and accruals for employee costs.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports including HR reports and insights related to payroll and compensation
expenses.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring payroll expenses are properly recorded and reconciled.

Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure payroll transactions are correctly recorded in financial statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures and assist with audits, as needed.
Payroll Administration (40%)

Prepare and process the end-to-end payroll cycle in close collaboration with our external vendor, ensuring accurate
and timely salary payments for all 1000 employees.

Administer employee benefits, deductions, and taxes in line with local, state, and federal regulations.

Maintain accurate records for all payroll-related transactions, including taxes, deductions, overtime, and bonuses.

Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding payroll, including tax reporting and year-end filings.

Coordinate with HR team to ensure employee data is accurate for payroll purposes (new hires, terminations, promotions,
etc.).
Overall Local Operational Excellence (OpEx) (20%)

Ensuring and supporting tickets and enquiries resolution via our service request platform with focus on customer
satisfaction.

Oversee implementation of Payroll, Time and attendance, and Data quality processes at the location, ensuring
compliance with Group and Country policy and guidelines.

Identify process improvement opportunities proactively and recommend solutions to promote operational efficiencies
across payroll, time and attendance, and related topics.
Your background:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Experience : 3+ years of experience in payroll administration and payroll controlling, preferably in a Finance or HR
department or similar role.

Skills :
-
Strong understanding of payroll systems and financial reporting processes.

Proficient handling of a global Mastersystem such as Workday / SuccessFactors and payroll software (e.g.: Abacus, SAP
or similar) and MS Excel.

Country Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations related to payroll.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and management.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) as well as ERPs’ integration.

Knowledge of compensation management and employee benefits structures.

Certifications in payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional, CPP) are a plus.
