Your tasks
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that position our company as an employer of choice while
ensuring long-term talent acquisition success
- Collaborate closely with executives and department leaders to anticipate workforce needs, align recruitment
strategies with business objectives, and drive sustainable growth
- Lead and inspire a team of six recruitment specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high
performance
- Actively identify and engage with top talent using creative and innovative sourcing methods to secure the best
professionals in the market
- Foster a seamless and engaging candidate experience, strengthening our reputation as an employer of choice and
ensuring long-term relationships with top talent
- Champion diversity and inclusion across all hiring processes, ensuring a dynamic and vibrant workplace culture
- Leverage data-driven insights and market trends to continuously optimize recruitment strategies and make informed
hiring decisions
- Oversee the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-efficiency while delivering exceptional hiring outcomes
- Implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Your Profile
- A strategic leader with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a leadership capacity
- A proven track record of developing and executing recruiting strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to drive strategic decision-making
- The ability to navigate a dynamic environment and lead through change
