Job reference: WD-0035922 What's the role? As Head of Onshore, you lead Hilti's global Oil & Gas Onshore business. You
develop the segment, secure market reach for large projects and MRO, and define segment-specific offers. You contribute
to the global Energy & Industry team by overseeing the acquisition and execution of global accounts and expanding into
new geographies or segments.

What does the role involve? In this role, you will have a global impact by driving and implementing the execution of
the Oil &Gas Onshore strategy in defined regions. As the business owner of your segment, you will work closely with
local and regional market organizations to identify business opportunities and prioritize them according to the global
strategy. You will drive account engagement and steer global and regional business developers, ensuring professional
project management execution. You will lead the implementation in key markets with regional segments and sales teams,
and drive innovation within the O&G Onshore segment. A clear understanding of our customers’ needs and the value
proposition of Hilti solutions for the O&G industry is essential.
You will be part of the Energy team, a multicultural and entrepreneurial environment with extensive experience and

What you need is:
- University degree in engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering); MBA preferred.
- More than 8 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry (Upstream / Downstream), ideally with experience
in Sales & Marketing, Design & Engineering, and Project Management related to the segment.
- Strong business acumen and customer orientation. Strong team collaboration capability and ability to work within a
matrix organization.
- Fluency in two languages: English and another language. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business, international mobility for subsequent career development.
