mission: We safely power your flight. As a GTF Quality Inspector you will:
Your tasks
- Perform technical inspections and measurements of engine assemblies, modules and parts (PW1100G-JM) on schedule,
ensuring required quality.
- Create and process repair orders for assemblies and individual parts, including requested engine modifications.
- Control and document executed modifications and configurations on parts and assemblies, following all regulations.
- Execute assigned work on time with independent self-checks and proper documentation of all activities.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean events, 5S, root cause analysis) and perform internal audits, including 5S, and
follow up on actions.
- Continuously improve processes with a focus on quality, safety and on-time delivery.
- Handle tools, equipment and resources in an environmentally conscious and responsible way.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a technical/metal field (polymechanic, machine mechanic or equivalent).
- Ideally 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Aviation MRO industry.
- Ideally holding EASA Part 145 authorisation to certify engines.
- Ability to work independently, precisely and responsibly, with strong safety and quality awareness.
- Open-minded team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in two shifts and occasionally on weekends.
- Good knowledge of English medium; German is an advantage. Experience with MS Office and SAP.
