Pilatus is hiring a Creative Project Specialist to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will work
directly with the aircraft project management team to support the creative needs of the regional sales network and
their customers by developing custom 2D/3D interior and exterior renderings for factory-new, multi-million dollar
aircraft. You will serve as the primary interface between the aircraft project management and paint shop teams,
generating and distributing the required files for laser-guided paint application onto new aircraft. Take your career

What you do
- In support of the regional sales network and aircraft project management personnel, creates custom 2D/3D aircraft
interior and exterior paint scheme renderings both independently and as a participant during customer meetings
- Works extensively with 3D modeling software, including custom material image mapping, to support customer rendering
requests
- Collaborates closely with the product development team in Switzerland to ensure seamless integration and delivery of
highly accurate, visually appealing renderings
- Using both Adobe Illustrator and CAD programs, acts as the primary interface between the project management and
paint shop teams, generating and adapting the 2D/3D aircraft paint renderings into required file types compatible with
the Virtek laser-guided layout system
- Creates, updates, and maintains all interior and exterior 2D/3D renderings for distribution to internal departments
and external customer needs
- Maintains current knowledge of trends, techniques, industry best practices, and graphic design methods to meet the
customer expectations for visual 3D deliverables
- Assists various departments with other tasks as assigned by Sales Administration Director or company leadership
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in design (automotive, transportation, industrial, product, exterior, graphic design, or
architecture) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- A solid design foundation, creative confidence, and proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (CAD-based,
Modo, 3D Studio Max, Blender or similar) required
- Strong Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Creative Suite expertise, knowledge of color theory and color correction
required
- The role demands exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to work
independently while planning, coordinating, and completing projects with input from various sources
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and confidence to work with high-net-worth clients, providing design
expertise, alternative concepts as needed, and flexibility to work on the client's schedule
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
