Summary
This is an early-career role designed for ambitious talents eager to grow into leadership. As a Transformation
Associate you’ll support innovation leadership at its core — helping shape decisions, align cross-functional teams, and
translate ideas into action. You’ll gain exposure to executive-level decision-making, build deep insight into
innovation processes, and drive collaboration across one of the most forward-thinking parts of our company.

What You'll Do
- Support the CTO: Assist with day-to-day priorities, prepare briefings and
decision materials, follow up on delegated tasks, and help resolve issues. Act
as a trusted point of contact for the CTO within the Innovation Excellence
team.
- Coordination within the Innovation Management Team (IMT): Facilitate
alignment and collaboration by preparing agendas, documenting meetings,
and tracking key actions and decisions. Support planning and execution of
IMT workshops and meetings.
- Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the Innovation
Excellence team, the CTO, and other stakeholders, ensuring efficient
information flow. Connect workstreams and identify opportunities for
collaboration across teams.
- Decision Making and Issue Resolution: Prepare clear and concise materials to
support decision-making processes, including summaries, options, and
recommendations. Track implementation of decisions and proactively identify
and escalate potential issues.
Who You Are
- Early-career professional with a degree in
science, technology or engineering.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment, with strong
organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills, adapted to
different target groups, including top management.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with
SharePoint or Power BI is a plus.
- Interested to explore different digital / AI tools
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and collaborating with diverse
stakeholders.
- Business fluent in German and English in spoken and written communication
