Technical Project Manager - Locomotive Maintenance 80-100%

HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead and coordinate international maintenance projects and service contracts
- Ensure smooth mobilization of new maintenance contracts for our locomotive fleet
- Continuously promote and enhance process definition, standardization, and operational improvement initiatives
- Develop and deliver technical solutions while supporting the Operations team through expertise and guidance
- Serve as a key interface between departments, hierarchy levels, and external maintenance partners across Europe
- Contribute your know-how to the sales process, helping tailor solutions that precisely meet customer needs in
collaboration with our Sales team
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- A completed technical or university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial
engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the rail industry is considered an advantage
- A track record of successfully leading or supporting complex international projects
- A flexible mindset and the willingness to grow your responsibilities alongside the business
- Team player, known for your social competence, ownership mentality, and results-driven approach
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
