We are looking for a Team Leader Maintenance Production Equipment (m/f/d) to lead, develop and advance our team of six
maintenance technicians.
What is the role about?
Would you like to be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance and repair work on the production
facilities and other operating resources? Do you implement measures to continuously improve maintenance processes,
working closely with the TPM manager?
Then this is the job for you! In this position, you will lead a dedicated team and play a central role in the
planning, coordination and optimization of our maintenance activities.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- lead a team of 6 maintenance technicians and take over their operational planning.
- plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work on production facilities and equipment.
- take responsibility for TPM-PM.
- help ensure maximum plant availability.
- implement measures to continuously improve maintenance processes.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have completed technical vocational training in the field of mechanics, ideally with knowledge in the field of
electrical engineering.
- have a higher vocational training HF with a technical specialization or are trained as a maintenance manager /
customer service manager.
- have practical experience in the maintenance of technically complex operating equipment and have management
experience in the manufacturing industry.
- have a deep understanding of technical interrelationships and strong problem-solving skills.
- have a strong sense of quality, organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
- are business fluent in German and English.
