Hitachi Energy has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic legal team within a unique and exciting global company
driving digital transformation and sustainability, shaping a leading Digital & Service Legal centre of excellence (CoE)
within the Legal & Integrity Function as a Service Legal Program Manager.
This role is suited to someone with a passion and proven experience within legal, ability to adapt to change, think
creatively and is looking for a new challenge within a global organisation to support with a new Service Business Unit.
How you'll make an impact:
-
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and initiatives.
-
Manage and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery of
objectives.
-
Ensure all stakeholders deliver the tasks and activities assigned to them.
-
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across various teams and regions to gather requirements, solicit
feedback, and garner support for initiatives.
-
Serve as a liaison between the Digital & Service CoE, the Legal & Integrity Operations Team, the Legal & Integrity
Function, and the new Service Business Unit to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless collaboration.

Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of projects and
initiatives.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and
recommendations for improvement.
Background:
-
Proven knowledge and experience of legal principles and procedures.
-
Bachelors degree within Law or similar.
-
Experience with legal management software and technologies.
-
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
-
Ability to strategize and solve problems.
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
