We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our Group as a member of the Customer Service Team within
Endress+Hauser International AG. The position is in Reinach, Switzerland and reports to the Director Service, located
in Reinach.
What is the role about?
Are you interested in taking ownership of managing service messages for our customer service team? Do you enjoy
working in dynamic, international environments and are prepared to delve deeply into the handling of service cases? Are

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Manage service messages and support the Regional Support Center and Sales Offices in following up on open field
cases.
- Coordinate service jobs to resolve outstanding recall topics in collaboration with sales channel partners and
customers.
- Handle daily operations related to qualification, tooling, and invoicing of Authorized Service Providers on a
monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Support the coordination of international service activities and manage the filing of relevant supporting documents.

You:
- Have a background in technical or commercial education.
- Bring relevant work experience in a service or coordination role – whether you're just starting out or already have
a few years of experience.
- Have good communication skills and communicate confidently in both German and English.
- Work in a self-organized and structured way, with a proactive mindset and a hands-on attitude.
- Are open to new methods and technologies and enjoy working in a communicative, collaborative and international
environment.
