your next step!
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

- Collaborate with various departments to support their financial initiatives and communicate complex financial
concepts clearly.
- Implement cost-reduction strategies by analyzing cost drivers, monitoring spending, and partnering with operational
teams to improve efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing internal controls, monitoring risk exposure, and ensuring
compliance with financial regulations.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Hold a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or finance.
- Bring at least 7 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international industrial environment.
- Have solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO and other planning/reporting tools such as Jedox, Power BI, and Excel.
- Communicate fluently in both English and German, with the ability to navigate a global context effectively.
- Think analytically and are comfortable working across disciplines and presenting results to a range of stakeholders.
- Show strong drive and assertiveness, with a clear focus on business processes and data quality.
- Are proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented in your approach.
What can you expect from us?
- We are a family-owned, highly committed company with a long-term, sustainable vision.
- We prioritize work-life balance through flexible working hours and remote work opportunities.
- We invest in your well-being with a comprehensive company pension scheme and health-focused benefits.
- We promote lifelong learning through training, internal knowledge sharing, and e-learning opportunities.
