Your tasks
- Manage the technical implementation of the SAP FSM Solution with various constellations of connected back end
systems including SAP ECC CS, non-SAP ERP systems and in the future S/4HANA Service Management
- Manage the SAP FSM application, implementing change requests and 2nd level support, fixing tickets for Key User
- Accountable for the SAP FSM end-to-end operation for system stability, maintainability and performance
- Act as Business Partner interacting directly with different Stakeholders (Head of Customer Service business,
Business Process Owners, Key Users, ERP Functional Experts, External Partners, SAP AG, IT team...)
- Write and keep updated technical documentation
- Enrich permanently solution database to increase 1st level support ticket fixing
- Adhere to process harmonization and standardization guidelines, security best practices, GDPR regulation
Your profile
- Bachelor/Master degree (Economic, Business, IT or Engineering)
- SAP FSM
- SAP ECC CS, S4/Hana Service Management, SAP Service Cloud knowledge a key differentiator
- Proven record as external and/or in-house consultant dealing with full SAP FSM implementation and integration with
back-end systems
- Knowledge and experience of implementing the FSM Cloud Connector (proaxia FSM Cloud Connector) integrated with SAP
ECC CS and/or S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge in interface technology (EAI, CPI,...)
- Knowledge of the Engineering Machinery and Component Industry Customer Service processes an asset
- Excellent English level (oral and written) to be used nearly 100% of the time. French, German, Italian or Chinese an
asset
- Self-starter, Hands-on attitude, Solution finder and Pro-active
- Customer oriented
