What you'll be doing here
- You will facilitate the completion of the Critical Conservation research project and collaborate effectively with
team members to ensure the successful delivery of all its components.
- Conduct field research on one of the project's sub-themes, evaluate the results, and translate them into research
outputs.
- Research, write, and publish academic articles in peer-reviewed formats, maintain the website, and deliver other
agreed-upon outputs.
- Contribute to the organization and facilitation of internal and public meetings, as well as other forms of project
communication and dissemination targeting academic and professional audiences.
- Interviews will take place in person on September 23 and 29 in Bern. A detailed description of the role is

What you'll bring with you
- MA or equivalent in heritage studies, heritage conservation, or a related field, along with a keen interest in the
project's research questions.
- Excel in communication, possess creative thinking skills, and engage confidently with practitioners and academic
researchers.
- Experience in inter- and transdisciplinary project work, coupled with a high degree of independence.
- Active engagement in current debates, critical reflection on existing sources, and strong skills in
interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork.
- Relevant publication record and a strong work ethic; excellent command of academic and spoken English, and
proficiency in one of the Swiss national languages, preferably German.
