HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Act as a knowledge expert and advisor for occupational safety and compliance.
- Collaborate across business units to harmonize standards.
- Organize plant safety and serve as the main contact for authorities and SUVA.
- Support the maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and
other relevant standards.
- Plan, implement, and review measures through internal audits; prepare for external audits.
- Maintain documentation, track action plans, and manage key figures and statistics, among others.
- Support line managers in health and safety responsibilities and assist the QEHS department in all relevant areas
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, quality management, project management)
- > 3 years of professional experience*
- > 2 years of experience in integrated management systems
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies
- Internal Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 27001 is an advantage
- Organizational, technical writing, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German (B2) and English (B1)
- KOPAS Ausbildung is an advantage
