The research group of Prof. Dr. Hyunju Kwon in the Department of Mathematics at ETH Zurich invites applications for a
two-year postdoctoral position, with the possibility of renewal, in the field of Analysis and Partial Differential
Equations (PDEs).
Job description
- The successful candidate will collaborate on research projects related to fluid equations. Specific topics will be
tailored to the candidate’s expertise and interests
- The position includes light teaching responsibilities, such as organising a course and assisting with exam grading
- The anticipated start date is 1 September 2025 (earlier start dates can be considered)

Profile
- PhD in Mathematics (completed by the start date) is required
- A strong background and research experience in Analysis and PDEs are highly desirable. Candidates with expertise in
fluid equations will be given preference
- Your English proficiency is sufficient to discuss your topics with colleagues and present your findings in writing
