What you'll be doing here
- Plan and execute various syntheses (including production of target compounds and controlled polymerization)
- Develop and optimize synthesis methods in applied research projects
- Develop formulations of bio-based polymer systems for the production of sustainable building materials
- Cooperate closely with national and international partners
- Take on responsibility in applied research projects and service contracts as you gain experience
What you'll bring with you
- PhD in chemistry, experience in organic and polymer chemistry
- Good knowledge in instrument-based analytics (HPLC, GPC, GC, NMR, DSC and FT-IR)
- A strong interest in application-oriented research, demonstrated through initiative, commitment to quality, and a
customer-oriented approach
- Communicative personality and team player with quick comprehension, great enthusiasm, and good analytical skills
- Very good communication skills in English. German and/or French would be appreciated
