Module Inspector
The highly qualified employee will inspect engines, modules, and piece parts during and after the disassembly process,
ensuring that all reused parts are serviceable and that unacceptable findings are corrected. The employee ensures a
flowless quality and acts as the first interface between SR Technics engine maintenance services and the customer.
Your tasks
- Perform technical inspections of aircraft engine assemblies (PW4000 and CFM56) on schedule
- Create repair orders for engines, modules and piece parts
- Request and carry out engine modifications
- Technical and administrative completion of all assigned activities in accordance with applicable regulations
- Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies
- Carry out the assigned work on time and ensuring the quality of the work
- Apply Lean Six Sigma (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
- Continuous improvement of the processes to be carried out with the aim of improving quality and safety
- Environmentally conscious handling of operating materials (resources)
- Work independently and think and act economically
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship, preferably as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship
- Ability to work independently, accurately and responsibly
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Good health, able to work under pressure
- Personal responsibility and self-motivation are a matter of course
- PC user skills MS Office. SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good written and spoken German and English (level B1)
- Willingness to work in 2-shifts
