In our quest to revolutionize the world’s infrastructure, we’re seeking a dynamic Global Lead Certification and
Training Manager for our Cybersecurity Technology & Enablement Team within the SI B Cybersecurity Unit .
Location: While our preferred location is the Siemens Smart Infrastructure headquarters in Zug, Switzerland, we are
open to candidates based in the USA, Buffalo Grove, Chicago Area
The Role
As a Global Lead Certification and Training Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the processes
involved in obtaining and maintaining cybersecurity certifications for our products and sites. You will also design and
implement comprehensive cybersecurity training programs across all levels of the organization. Your role is critical in
enhancing our cybersecurity posture and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
You will be a member of the global Cybersecurity governance department, reporting to C-level executives, and within
that, part of the Cybersecurity Technology & Enablement team.
Your new responsibilities
- Certification Audit Coordination: Oversee and lead the process of obtaining and maintaining cybersecurity
certifications for our products and sites
- Coaching: Prepare teams for audits by conducting pre-audit training sessions and providing necessary support to
ensure readiness
- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity training programs
for all levels of the organization
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on training and certification progress to C-level executives and stakeholders
Your talents and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Professional Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GCIH are highly desirable
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and regulations
- 5-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on certification and training roles
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement
- Experience in the following Certification standards: IEC62443, ISO27001, NIS2
- A strong customer focus and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Fluent in English, with the ability to explain complex topics in an engaging manner
- Proficiency in German or additional languages is a plus
