The opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated talent to join our PGGA team in Baden as Business Unit Assistant
Controller supporting the CFO of our Global Business Unit Grid Automation. This role reports directly to the BU CFO and
involves providing supervising and reporting expertise to the Business Unit and the company by compiling and analyzing
metrics, identifying trends and deviations, communicating information to relevant stakeholders, and recommending
actions to improve financial performance.
How you’ll make an impact

Support and develop global BU Controlling, including monthly and quarterly reporting cycles and budget processes

Collaborate closely with the BU CFO, the BU Manager and all HUBs and GPGs within PGGA on all financial reporting topics

Support BU Global Sales Function and BU Cost Centre Controlling

Coordinate periodical business planning, forecasting, and budgeting

Analyse business performance and provide decision support by utilizing our digital core

Ensure strong governance on HSE, internal control, integrity, and compliance
Your background
-
Bachelor degree in finance, economics or related disciplines; a graduate of a Finance Trainee Program is preferred

2-3 years experience as a Project Controller or Unit Controller with a strong focus on financial modeling, reporting,
and forecasting

Strong command of SAP S/4HANA CO module
-
Familiarity with FARM (Financial Accounting and Reporting Guidelines)

Strong analytical skills and the ability to build own reports and models
-
Proficiency in MS Excel, BI and other MS Office applications

Good presentation and communication skills

Fluent in English, both written and oral

Self-starter capable of planning and managing own work based on broad task definitions
