This position reports to
Field Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring timely
and high-quality delivery of service offerings, solutions, and projects to customers. Each day, you will contribute to
the execution of service strategy and growth by focusing on cost-effective service delivery and adherence guidelines.
You will also showcase your expertise by driving service achievements through resource planning, allocation, and
effective implementation of standard procedures and safety protocols. The work model for the role is onsite. #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Robotics division in Baden, Switzerland. You will be mainly accountable for: •
Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships and maintaining a sense of urgency in
service delivery. • Driving process improvements based on customer feedback (NPS) and optimizing resources for
efficient service delivery. • Allocating and monitoring tasks, ensuring proper planning, scheduling, and delivery
targets (e.g., OTD, response time). • Fostering a continuous improvement culture to enhance service excellence,
productivity, and cost optimization in the team.
Qualifications for the role
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
- Expertise in technical support and services.
- Experience in process improvement and optimization.
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office.
- Strong project management and execution skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with quality management practices.
- Fluency in German and English, French is a plus.
