East, we offer comprehensive, fully customized solutions for the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of aircraft engines,
airframes and components sales business including impeccable technical support to over 500 customers worldwide. Our
mission: We safely power your flight. As an Engine Shop Engineer in the New Engines Department, you will provide
technical support of the Engine Maintenance Process.
Your tasks
- Provide pro-active support and/or lead by identifying and participating in problem solving activities and projects
- Define, select, analyze, implement, and improve the Technical Product Standard and maintenance concept of the New
Engines PW1100G-JM and CFM LEAP-1A/-1B.
- Incorporate all required technical and organizational inputs to industrialize the New Engines
- Assess and implement OEM tech data and Customer requirements into work procedures and seek for optimum in Safety,
Quality, Delivery and Costs
- Interact with OEM’s and vendors to improve repairability and reliability of engine parts and components
- Execute damage event investigations and issuing of investigation reports
Your Profile
- Education: Academical Diploma or Degree, such as Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Aviation
- Experience of minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Aviation MRO (preferably engine) environment experience of min. 3 years
- Proficiency in English (Level B2), German is a plus
