How you’ll make an impact

Supervise and guide a team of Commissioning Engineers, providing technical expertise, coaching, and performance
management

Develop, review, and approve detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules aligned with project requirements
and safety standards

Oversee all commissioning phases, including pre-commissioning checks, functional testing, and performance verification
-
Work closely with project management, engineering, tender/sales teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution
-
Identify and resolve complex technical issues during commissioning, implementing corrective actions and optimizing
system performance
-
Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials effectively to meet deadlines and budget targets
-
Uphold safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations throughout the process
Your background
-
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent)
-
Minimum 6 years of experience in commissioning, start-up, or operations in industries such as power generation, oil &
gas, or heavy industrial projects
-
At least 3 years in a leadership role managing commissioning teams
-
Proven ability to develop and implement commissioning strategies and procedures
-
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical challenges
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
