In this position, you share the responsibility for the product cost management of multiple turbocharger products
throughout their entire life cycle. You conduct comprehensive cost analyses and drive cost efficiency of existing
products, delivering measurable value to our customers. Your analyses and calculations critically support development
projects, contributing significantly to the success of next-generation turbocharging products.
Your responsibilities:

Work out product cost analysis for current and future products using should cost software and cost modeling tools/
methods.

Propose and drive value chain analysis and improvement. Realize the optimization proposals together with sourcing and
production Team. Facilitate make or buy decisions.

Collaborate in development and improvement projects and share your cost knowledge.

Develop new cost models needed for new technologies or production methods.
-
Propose and drive optimizations of working processes which support lean should costing and continuous quality
improvement.
Your background:
-
Higher degree in Mechanical Engineering (MSc) or Industrial Engineer and Management (MSc)
-
At least 2 years of professional experience in relevant industry
-
Profound knowledge of state-of-the-art should costing tools and cost calculation methods
-
Affinity for working with data, with the ability to understand, analyze, and optimize cost
-
Willingness to work in a team-oriented, dynamic working environment
-
Independent, self-organized and dedicated approach to work
-
Ability to work successfully in international and cross-functional teams
-
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
