We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Patent Paralegal to join our global IP team. This is an exciting opportunity
to contribute to the management of patents and designs for a world-leading organization. You will work closely with
internal IP professionals and external patent firms, becoming an integral part of an international team of highly
quali-fied patent attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle IP administrative and legal support tasks, focusing on patents and designs.
- Collaborate within a high-performing team to support us with regional, international, and foreign filing prosecution
and maintenance.
- Maintain and manage accurate dockets using a patent management system.
- Monitor deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate processing of assigned cases.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks, including docket reviews, case monitoring, and workload
assistance.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, internal & external inventors, external patent attorneys, and associates.
- Participate in patent group and cross-divisional meetings.
- Assist with additional operations tasks, such as annuities, invoicing, and data input, as needed.
Qualifications
- Completed training as a Patent Paralegal or comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a patent paralegal in a law firm or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and patent management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
- Communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- A team player who can also work independently, with a friendly and service-oriented demeanor.
