Job Description

With your passion as a Mechanical Engineer, you create innovative solutions for our high-tech systems, develop complex
assemblies and contribute your ideas to interdisciplinary projects. You combine technical expertise with a sharp eye
for quality and compliance with standards.

What you will be doing

- check Shape technology: you configure and design complex assemblies, considering feasibility, reliability, ease of
assembly and service, as well as cost-benefit aspects
- check Develop solutions: you create design variants, present your ideas and actively contribute to customer projects
and new developments
- check Improve products: you support existing systems and components, collaborate closely with project management and
product management, and drive continuous improvements
- check Ensure quality: you conduct design reviews and FMEAs, work in interdisciplinary teams and act as a contact
point for assembly, production and service
- check Live the standards: you design in compliance with CE, UL and SEMI standards, maintain technical data in the
ERP system and configure assemblies modularly for customer-specific requirements

What you should bring

- check Technically solid: you have a completed technical education in mechanical engineering, at least as a certified
design engineer (EFZ)
- check Experienced and curious: you bring design experience and have an interest in vacuum technology
- check Digitally skilled: you work confidently with CAD (Inventor), ERP systems and MS Office
- check Strong communicator: you speak fluent German and English
- check Team player with drive: you are creative, solution-oriented and actively contribute to interdisciplinary
projects
