exciting and diverse responsibilities? If so, supporting the Operations Planning & Steering Management Team in their
various tasks could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Your job profile is diverse and dynamic. You bring strong communication, organizational, creative skills, enabling you
to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions. In this internship, you'll gain unique insights into global
airline operations by:
- Supporting the Operations Planning & Steering leadership team in administrative tasks (e.g., preparing
presentations, coordinating management meetings)
- Supporting people and culture initiatives
- Designing workshops from initial stakeholder engagement to final execution
- Contributing to department-wide internal communication
- Assisting in team event organization
- Exploring various exciting aspects of our team's work

Requirements
We seek a motivated, self-driven individual passionate about airline operations to support a dynamic leadership team.
Join us at ZRH airport for an exciting role with diverse topics and responsibilities that will enrich your professional
growth.
- Preferred workload: min. 80%
- Open to HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF/Bachelor’s: 3+ semesters completed) in economics,
business administration or similar
- Strong independence and teamwork, excellent English/German communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; IT knowledge is a plus
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels, conduct workshops, and articulate topics persuasively
- Passion for organizing activities/events; change management experience preferred
