Position Overview :
The Head of iExcel EMEA will make a tangible impact on commercial success by playing a pivotal role in driving product
launch and strong market penetration across the region. This individual will lead end-to-end strategies and execution
to ensure seamless go-to-market, marketing & sales excellence enablement, and ongoing alignment with both global and
local teams. The role requires a strong mix of strategic vision, operational leadership, and deep market engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Commercial leadership
- Hold accountability for the successful launch of iExcel across the region, supporting initiatives that directly
contribute to revenue growth.
- Develop, adapt and support execution of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with global and local teams,
ensuring localization and effective implementation.
- Design and deliver practical sales enablement tools.
- Product Knowledge
- Maintain deep understanding of the product portfolio, with strong digital orientation, to effectively position
offerings in different markets.
- Reporting
- Partner with CommEx and finance teams to optimize reporting, dashboard analytics, and sales initiatives aimed at
boosting market success.
- Drive and monitor optimal IANOS utilization.
- Forecasting and stock follow-up
- Maintain close coordination with global supply chain, local PMs and Heads of Marketing (HoM) to ensure accurate
forecasting and streamline market fulfillment.
- Training and community building
- Lead internal product marketing training initiatives and foster a collaborative PM community.
- Build knowledge-sharing platforms to strengthen local teams expertise and effectiveness.
- Event collaboration and brand presence
- Co-create and support event strategies with global and local teams to ensure focused, impactful iExcel brand
representation.
- Oversee optimal product placement and messaging in key trade shows and market events.
- Market insights and competitive strategy
- Conduct continuous competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for growth with
iExcel.
- Develop and support implementation of New Customer Acquisition (NCA) strategies tailored to target markets.
- Market Engagement
- Actively engage with markets by participating in co-travel, local team meetings, trade shows, and events to gather
insights and provide strategic input.
- Matrix influence & collaboration
- Regular exchange with global PMs as well as respective counterparts in the countries.
- Align with supply chain, product, and marketing teams to drive a cohesive market approach.
- Provide actionable insights to global and local stakeholders.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related
experience
- 5-year experience in medical device commercialization
- Proven track record growth leadership roles, with a focus on market penetration and commercial success.
- Strong expertise in downstream marketing; go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and cross-functional
collaboration.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments across global and local contexts.
- Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%) and stay closely connected with markets.
