JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Global Senior Marketing Lead to join our Full Arch Segment team and lead the development and
execution of innovative and effective marketing strategies for our Straumann dental implant system.
The Global Senior Marketing Lead is a strategic and creative position that aims to grow the edentulous market share
for Straumann brand. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple
channels, shaping new product/solutions to help customers to improve clinical and practice growth, among different
target audiences.
The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development and
communications, to align marketing objectives and strategies with business goals and customer needs.
The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for innovation and excellence in dental implant solutions, as well as
a proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing and commercial results.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product, sales and clinical to align marketing objectives and
initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
- Developing and testing value propositions, messaging, and creative concepts for different target segments and
personas.
- Planning, designing, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels together with GMCE
team.
- Managing and optimizing the marketing budget and resources to achieve maximum return on investment and efficiency.
- Generating insights and recommendations to improve Straumann full arch solutions and optimize the customer journey /
experience.
- Staying up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in growth marketing and the dental
industry.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field that has experience in dental or med tech. Engineering
degrees are appreciated as well.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, product management, sales or a similar role, preferably
in the healthcare or dental sector.
- Experience in dentistry as a dentist a strong plus.
- A deep understanding of the full arch segment and the customer behavior, needs, and preference in this market.
- A high level of creativity and innovation, with the ability to generate and execute new ideas and approaches.
- A data-driven mindset and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and report on
key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and
- collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and
external stakeholders at all levels.
